The Vinegar and Mustard Factory in Parczew is since 1969 the active player on the consumer market. From the beginning we are focused not only on the highest quality of our products but also on meeting Consumers’ expectations.
The permanently good taste of vinegar and mustard from 37 years results from the cooperation of highly qualified staff and strict conformity to technological standards, which are constant in the whole production process.

The mustard is produced only from the natural components without preservatives, what gives it the unique taste. White mustard, as the mustard’s base ingredient, is supplied from ecological regions of Poland and keeps its distinctive bitterness, what gives the mustard spicy taste.
Currently we offer:
 Kremska – popular mustard – classical formula for a good mustard, a little bit spicy and sweet, yellow-grey, with dark grains of white mustard
 Sarepska – popular mustard – spicy mustard, bronze-yellow, with dark grains of white mustard,
 Stolowa – popular mustard – a little bit spicy, lightly grey-yellow. Ideal for enriching the dishes’ taste,
 Stolowa – dainty mustard – precisely liquidized, a little bit spicy and sweet,
 Grill mustard – spicy with sensible grains of white mustard. Ideal for grilled meats.
 Horseradish mustard – from white mustard with horseradish added, precisely liquidized. Ideal for spicy dishes eaters.
 Spicy mustard – with superiority of black white mustard, very spicy.

The vinegar 10% is produced from the spirit through the natural vinegar’s ferment. Our company is associated in Polish Vinegar’s Producers Association (Polski Związek Producentów Octu). Because of that we are entitled to use a „Bio – vinegar” trade mark.
