Stream Communications Ltd. was established on October 21st, 1999 and provides cable television, high-speed Internet access and VoIP services in Southern Poland , servicing the townships of Częstochowa, Rzeszów, Jaworzno, Sosnowiec, Bytom, Kielce, Sandomierz, Busko-Zdrój, Bochnia, Sanok, Jasło, Krosno and Brzozów.

Stream Communications Ltd. is fully owned by Stream Communications Network & Media Inc. a public company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, with its head office in Vancouver .

Stream Communications Ltd. owns and controls the cable television operator Bielsat.com, which provides services in Bielsko-Biała and Czechowice-Dziedzice.

Stream Communications offers dozens of television programs to its subscribers, many of them in Polish. The company currently offers Internet access in Kraków, and via its HFC network in Jasło, Sosnowiec, Katowice, Bytom and Bochnia. These services will be extended to other townships in the near future.

In November 2003 Stream Communications widened the scope of its activity and became the VoIP service Provider. At present the Company provides VoIP services to many clients all over the country.
